I have just heard from Joe Jones that you are at this address in France. I do hope that you are all right and healthy. As you are near, I should very, very much like to visit you if that would be possible. [. . .]

Please let me know if I may visit you Savitri — if you could give me a telephone number I could telephone you at any specific time of the day you mention and we could make arrangements, I could come on either a Friday or a Saturday and probably return on the Sunday.
