Savitri’s Works — Books & Pamphlets as Savitri Devi Print

Paul de Tarse, ou Christianisme et Juiverie

Pamphlet — [Paul of Tarsus, or Christianity and Jewry]

In French

Calcutta: Savitri Devi Mukherji, 1958.
  • 2nd edition: Paul de Tarse, ou Christianisme et Judaïsme [Paul of Tarsus, or Christianity and Judaism]. Nantes: Ars, 1981. (Substitutes “Judaism” for “Jewry” in title and contains many small changes to the text. Since this edition was published during her lifetime by a longtime friend, Savitri Devi may have sanctioned the changes.)
(No publisher or date given. Probably printed in Romania in the 1990s. Same as second edition. “Ce cher passé” on cover.)
  • 4th edition: Paul de Tarse, ou Christianisme et Judaïsme. Racines: Pour un ordre thiois et imperial [Roots: For a Theodisc and Imperial Order], vol. 1, no. 1 (Winter 1998): 38-43. St. Pieters Leeuw, Belgium: Thule Sodalitas, 1998. (“Theodisc” refers to the Germanic language and culture of the Low Countries.)
Pamphlet. Nantes: Ars Magna, 2004. (Same as second edition.)

In Italian

  • “Cristianesimo e Giudaismo (Paolo di Tarso),” trans. Wittekind, Arya, no. 5 (January 1981).

In English

  • “Paul of Tarsus, or Christianity and Jewry,” trans. R. G. Fowler.
  • “Paul of Tarsus, or Christianity and Jewry,” trans. Irmin Vinson, National Vanguard, no. 118 (September-October 2002): 12-16

Note: Although the Irmin translation is based on the second edition, it bears the title of the first edition. The second edition substitutes “Judaism” for “Jewry” in the title, perhaps because the law in France, where it was published, prohibits criticizing Jews as a group but allows criticizing the religion of Judaism.

In German

Ingo Leitner. Unpublished ms.
